Whether you are looking for a great sandwich, a filling fresh salad or home made dessert "to live for," this is the place to eat at anytime of the day. Everything is made from real ingredients and only when you order. And then there are the home made soups ~ Wow! ~ Be advised: There is nothing like them on earth!
We like to do things a bit different for dinner. Knowing that sometimes you are on the run, or actually have time to dine, we have an evening menu to fit your needs. With a Tapas style and dinner menu, which changes seasonally, we have just what you need to fill you up. Don't forget to have a cocktail or glass of wine to start your evening off right!
And because everything is fresh, vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options can always be created to meet your needs. Plus a special Children's Menu is also available ~ Christi's Mac and Cheese is ALWAYS a favorite.

Mrs. Appleby's Reuben Hot pastrami, pepper bacon, caramelized onions, smoked Gouda and Dijon aioli on dark marbled rye. Whole: $9.95, Half: $7.95
Grandma Snodgrass' Roast Beef Hot sliced roast beef, sauteed mushrooms, caramelized onions, pepper jack cheese and horseradish aoili on ciabatta. Whole: $9.75, Half: $7.75
English Garden Sauteed mushrooms, peppers, caramelized onions, garlic aioli, feta cheese and balsamic vinaigrette on focaccia. Whole: $8.75, Half: $6.75

Chef Christi was trained in The USAF and graduated from Western Culinary Institute, walking with honors. She takes pride in all that is created along with her husband Brian who grew up in a restaurant in Southern Oregon. We pride ourselves and our staff with quality, friendly service and atmosphere. You know you will always be taken care of at "Flossie & Maude's!" Grandma wouldn't have it any other way!!
